Take help from others when required.

Develop some hobby.

Daily spend some time in relaxing activities – like music, gardening, reading a book, watching a movie, spending time with people you like, with family, etc

Take deep breath.

Take a good stretch.

Take a hot shower.

Massage the tense muscles.

Think Positive.

Remember the things that are good in life.

Be optimistic, Don’t be pessimistic.

Your attitude and aptitude changes your altitude.
